Management sucks. Make sure you change your locks, maintenance will try enter your apartment without even telling you before or after, make sure you get some kind of camera, I got mine from Amazon. Maintenance turn over rate is ridiculous you with never see the same persons. Pool never open as well weight lift room. Loud Spanish music all hours of the night, loud kids and cars. Solicitors will not stop putting cards on ya door! Parking lot parties every night, trash compactor stayed full. I will admit when I first moved around there back in 2017 management was way better a young lady by the name of a Anai she was excellent. They even had an enrichment program to were we able to teach others English, and they taught us Spanish but that’s when Anai was there. Since then things went down hill & be-careful they will come outta blue saying they billed you incorrectly and you owe just to get money out of you. Peace and Farewell so happy my times had ended!! ✌🏽

With new property owners from 2 years ago, rent increased 500$ and they leave our gates open 24/7. Prior to this change, the gates closed when the leasing office was closed. They did away with our security patrol. I have asked for pest control for almost a year now and they never come to my apartment. Roaches are bad. I had an incident with their black guy Orkin pest control man about 2 and half years ago, he sexually harassed my girl friend making inappropriate comments and after she informed him she had a man he persisted in making sexual comments. So I asked for them not to send him back because they had two pest control men. The older white guy was professional.

I set up an appointment to tour this apartment as the photos online looked decent, however upon arrival we noticed a multitude of issues. Trash everywhere, the dumpsters overflowing and smelly. The wood on the apartment siding were bowing badly and all of the windows looked foggy, a sign of water damage. Everyone's windows had either messed up blinds or ripped screens. The pool was green and unusable in the middle of swim season, and to top it all off we couldn't even tour! When we arrived the leasing office was locked. When we were let in, they told us there were no available apartments to tour. Honestly, just based on what we saw walking around outside the apartments, it was already off of our list of options anyways. I felt like I could catch ring worm just touring a model of this complex. Considering the prices of this place online, it is definitely not worth the rent. Also many of the photos provided on Google are not the actual apartment complex, definitely a lot of red flags.

Worst place I ever lived ..me and my wife been living here a few years now....management sucks breezeway filthy .spider webs everywhere they use to pressure wash the breezeway new management jus collecting money.....people park on the curves all everywhere parties every night....maintenence can't repair anything electric sockets don't work..trash over piles on the regular. roaches everywhere.....little kids walking around with guns ...people open up foodstands by the mailboxes...this is amazing that these apts are still open for living......our last year signing the lease here......I wouldn't recommend nobody to live here .....anybody reading this YOU BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Living here was a complete disappointment. The cons far outweigh any pros. Over the years, this place has gone downhill drastically. The apartments were falling apart, and all the experienced maintenance staff have left.

1. Rent prices have been hiked up unreasonably. They charged people a ridiculous $2,300 for a renovated 2-bedroom apartment, which is absurd considering the poor condition of the place. There are much cheaper and better options in the area, including houses for rent or purchase. It's infuriating that after rejecting their extremely high lease renewal price, they suddenly offered the same apartment at a lower rate.

2. Maintenance used to be everywhere, but now they're practically nonexistent. Neighbors' complaints about maintenance issues go ignored or poorly addressed by the careless new management.

3. Parking is a nightmare. Residents from other buildings take up spaces, trailers hog spots, people park recklessly, causing damage to others' cars and residents have to park on grass due to no parking spaces available. Management shows zero interest in fixing this chronic issue except for towing cars which rarely happens now.

4. The gates are a joke. They're either malfunctioning or closed at inconvenient times. I've had to personally let in a school bus and go to a different gate because the gate won't recognize access cards or visitor codes.

5. Trash is everywhere. Residents leave it outside their front doors for days, in the parking lots, and on the grass. The bin in front of the office be overflowing every morning. The two big dumpsters get overflowed to the point trash is all over the ground and it stayed there for days. It's a disgusting sight, especially when the office is closed or during holidays.

6. Communication is nonexistent. They never answer their phones, and when they do, they offer no help or give half-hearted attempts at fixing issues. It's clear that management has deteriorated significantly, and residents' concerns are ignored. I'm curious about what mysteries lie concealed beneath the layers of paint on those walls.

Living here was a nightmare. Management's negligence and disregard for residents' well-being have made this place unbearable.

The place is great to live but when it’s time to pay rent no one will call back for instant this new portal that’s supposed to be ready 2/1/25 you can’t get in it because they haven’t set it up, I’ll called but no one answers nor return my calls

I’ve been asking these people to fix air conditioner for 2 months now. It’s still not working. I don’t think the maintenance crew have any idea how to fix it. I’ve been asking for years for them to clean my carpet. However when it’s time to pay rent they will hound you death. They won’t clean the breezeway it’s so nasty and disgusting. I asked for a disabled person parking space and they won’t give me one even though I have a disabled person tag on my vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend this apartments to anyone.

This review is based on the amazing assistance I received over the phone from Ariana. I called to ask if someone would be accepted if they have a bankruptcy. She told me know but also told me she still may be able to assist me with one of there sister properties, she then told me she would call me back. I didn't believe she would. But she did. Directed me to another one your properties. And the rest is God's will... I just wanted to say thank you for showing grace!!!!
