John did a great job walking with us during a fairly stressful attorney review and home inspection process. He and his team were very easy to work with. They were quick to respond and very professional in all ways. The marketing materials, open house, dealings with the Buyer and Buyer's realtor were well done. We appreciated the process, research, and explanation John put in to helping us arrive at a selling price. He was pretty spot on. A big shout out to Tim. We have worked only with him. Tim helped us through the entire process. Right from going along for open houses and he used to share his experience and point out to us things that matters and what are important factors in terms of value of the house. He knows the west Windsor housing market inside out, once he also pointed about a house - this junction gets busy during peak hours and I don’t want you to land up in a house where you will realize something after living there and regret. All through the process he was always had patience and appreciated and understood the factors that were important for us - during this 1 year time from being prospective home buyers to closing the house. Right from attorney review, inspection and last walk through of the house- he made sure to point out the key factors that should be addressed. All throughout the time he always has been very responsive and we highly appreciate for everything Tim has provided support with.

John Terebey is exactly who I needed at the time I needed him.

I suddenly became the executor of an estate. I have this large, dated house in need of repair to sell and no experience in doing so. Now, John.

The house had deferred maintenance just about everywhere. I needed landscapers, carpenters, painters, carpeting and more, but most of all, what to do, how much, and when. John not only laid out the plan, but has “his guys”, local contractors in all the trades, to do the work. But first John suggested we remove all personal items we want to keep, other items we want to donate, remaining items to have an estate sale, followed by “his guy” to remove all that remained and get the house “broom clean” for sale.

During the time this was taking place John’s landscapers came over and did an amazing job cleaning up the property. Then, the painter, carpenter, and carpet installer came and did their work.

Now we had our first open house. Within hours we had 3 full-asking-price offers. John ranked them for us, and we accepted the best one. Now comes another tricky part, the Buyer’s home inspection, the Township’s CO inspection and the closing. Tricky, but with John’s help we worked through it to a happy closing!

John has obviously done this, a lot! There are some intangibles that are very important to me. John is a very easy person to work with. He has an answer to all my questions and when he didn’t (rare) he’d let me know and then find the answer. He took responsibility, guiding the process. I never felt anxious or out of control. I was most impressed by his response time, which for texting was usually a couple of minutes, helping me on the spot or suggesting a better time.

I knew I needed more than someone to just “sell the house”, that’s not the relationship I needed. Yes, the house sold in a day but that is due to the work and diligence John, along with the family, put into the process. John’s true value comes with all the items I’ve mentioned. He more than earned his pay even before that first showing.

Finally, yes, I would recommend him and use him again. Google limits me to five stars but I give seven.
