Ten Oaks use to be a decent place to live years ago but not anymore.Leasing managers no longer do their job so it's been a high turnover rate and maintenance takes forever to fix an issue&don't know what he's doing when he tries to fix problems.Christy Sorrell(leasing manager)will move anyone into apartments,regardless of their background.The bad tenants invite/move other bad people into their apartments and now there's drugs being sold,litter issues,weed smokers,partying,thugs hanging out&random shootings from time to time.Management does nothing even when it's reported and rent increases every year.Most of the stairs worn down wood and could fall apart at anytime.Previous tenants still have access to apts because maintenance never change the locks.Save yourself the trouble and don't move here.I'm definitely NOT renewing my lease!
