Sarah of Templeton Vacation Rentals is a great property manager! She is up with current trends, continues to educate herself, makes sure homes are inspected after departures (important to me) is professional and personable. I would highly recommend her. Anyone can put a house on the current market and get bookings, it's the property manager that's going to care who they accept a booking from and the follow up, which some of the other local companies don't do.
