Ben Beesley and his team lived up to our expectation and even more. Two years ago we moved out of the area and decided to put our house at Seaside Highlands for sale, we interviewed multiple realestate agents to determine who would be best in representing us and it wasn't a hard choice upon meeting Ben. However, market conditions at the time were not fully in our favor and upon his advise, we decided to rent out our property. Ben managed to find us a tenant and connected us with outstanding property management team (Ms. Roxanne Mettenbrink at Monterey Bay Property Management ) who in turn did an amazing job managing our rental.

Lately, and just before a five -year arm interest rate ended on our mortgage, and with improving real estate market conditions, Ben through his wisdom and guidance managed to expeditiously negotiate and secure a favorable sales price for our house in a prompt and organized manner. The sale process of our home and Escrow dealings went smoothly through electronic documentation, even though both of us (my husband and I) were thousands of miles apart.
