I am a first time homeowner and it needs to be said- if not shouted from on high- that if you choose Tawny to be your realtor, you are getting a standard in excellence not many reach. Tawny makes the home buying experience so easy by being a help in house hunting, making sure your contract materials are broken down in layman’s terms, and she acts splendidly as your house buying advocate. She has an almost mystifying knack of learning what kind of homes capture your admiration and once she does, she will promote houses to visit that meet your criteria and idea of a model home. Tawny is superb in her people skills, she’s sensational in her reliability at being there for you throughout the buying process, and sometimes it almost seems like she can read your mind when it comes to what you might like to purchase by your personality and vested interests in your ideal home. I cannot express how much I was not only satisfied with the house buying process, but I was actually HAPPY overall with the entire experience. I had top-notch service with a smile from a realtor that went over and above in being my representative and house buying ally who never shied away from being readily available. All I can say is ANYONE can pick a realtor. However, there is only one Tawny Carter and I highly recommend EVERYONE choose her.

Going above and beyond does not even come close to describe Tawny Carter. The amount of time that she spent answering all my calls, text messages and giving me information on the town was remarkable. Purchasing a home out of state is a challenge in its self but Tawny made the experience painless. You can tell that she loves her chosen profession.
