We sold our apartment recently through Tatiana. It was a bumpy ride but fortunately it ended safely. Pros: She has a very strong customer base and knows well on how to promote your property to the market. Cons: Could not demonstrate her accountability when the handyman she referred to us took our money but was not able to finish the work. As a result, our house was listed and shown to the public in a mess initially which cost us extra money, time, and stress during the apartment selling journey. She is a capable agent if you can use her strength and avoid her weakness.
