Have you ever had a Realtor that you felt you could immediately trust and become friends with? Barbara Murphy with Tartan Properties is that Realtor. She possesses a beautiful smile, is very personable, friendly, and sincerely concerned about your interest in finding your next home. With her experience living in the Pensacola area, she knows her way around. She dedicated many hours of providing information and drove us around to view properties. She did her research and was well prepared. Barbara has great communication skills, always responding to texts and emails immediately. We began our search over a year ago and settled on new construction. Barbara was conscientious about looking out for our best interest in all aspects of the buying process as well as the inspection process. She shows an outstanding knowledge of the steps that need to be taken and is dedicated to ensuring they all take place in a timely fashion. Barbara is not a salesperson, she is a true sales consultant at the ready to answer questions and loyal to closing and beyond.

She has high standards and expectations which makes her valuable to the property that you are renting as well as the owner of the home. I wish our permanent home that we rent out while we travel was in Pace so we could use her instead of the typical property manager that doesn’t value the home as their own. I highly recommend her to work with, professionally and relationally.

David and his team handled the renovations which made the house look brand new. Barbara has handled advertising, renting, and coordinating maintenance (i.e. landscapers).
