Tara has managed my rental property on Whidbey for many years. When I bought the property in 1988 my realtor was a Tara agent. She retired long ago but my experience with Tara then was fabulous and when, due to some health issues for my wife and me working full time, I needed someone to keep tabs on my property. Tara had added property management to their business and it was a great fit. Josh has been incredibly helpful, attentive and responsive. He stays on top of things at my property and the tradespeople Tara uses for maintenance and repairs are always competent and careful. I've been very happy with Tara for the past 32 years.
