5 years ago I used Tanya to sell my mobile home. Ever since then I would get emails from her letting me know what’s going on on the weekends in the Sacramento area. After selling my home and moving back to the area I did not hesitate hiring Tanya again. Right away she found the subdivision I wanted to buy in and she went to work. Tanya sent out letters and knocked on doors trying to find a owner that is thinking of selling. In a months time someone was reviewing the offers they received and remembered the nice letter they received from Tanya saying she had a client that was very interested in the area…..21 days later I am settling into my new home and couldn’t be happier!!! Tanya worked very hard to sell our commercial property. While the property was in great shape, and priced very well, it was a challenge due to location. Additionally , Tanya had to work with a very inexperienced person (an attorney who acted as their own broker). This person had many expectations that Tanya was in some fashion supposed to also be their agent. This required skill in maintaining the transaction momentum while also educating the Attorney/Broker/Buyer that they were representing themselves. Job well done!
