They helped us find two incredible homes in Marin. Each home met our needs and were at the lower end of our price range. Our first place was a perfect family home in San Rafael - great neighborhood and award-winning schools. And after the purchase, they were always available with awesome referrals.

When we started thinking about a larger place, we didn't hesitate to go back to David and Kira. They helped us land the forever house in Kentfield. Same experience before. We can't say enough good things about Kira and David at Tam Realty. After working with them it is impossible not to be disappointed with another realtor. We worked with Kira and David in Marin a few times before finally leaving the area and struggled to buy a home elsewhere without their help. I even called them late one night for advice on our purchase that was in another area because they have the best advice!
We first met Kira and David looking for our first purchase which was a condo. They did an incredible amount of handholding with us since we were nervous new buyers. We since sold that condo, bought a house, and sold that house all through Tam Realty. They go above and beyond! Our last house needed a lot of prep and we were already out of the area so we really relied on them to help get the house ready which they did. They also know a ton about the area - they are local! They know the neighborhoods, the schools, everything. It's local expertise not a realtor based in SF. They know the other realtors as well which helps. They are clear, straightforward, and patient. Over the years they became our friends and we were sad to say goodbye when we relocated for work.
