I cannot recommend Rose highly enough. In fact, I have recommended her to anyone and everyone who has mentioned to me that they are looking at buying a house (and before I even found the time to write this she had closed on new homes for 2 sets of friends). Rose is a fantastic realtor to work with. She listens; she understood very quickly what we were looking for and what our style of living, and therefore home, was. On several occasions, we spotted houses online which seemed interesting and when we spoke to her, she said she was sure they wouldn't be right for us. Each time we went to look at them anyway, we found she was absolutely right. She walked the line perfectly between enthusiasm and caution. She made sure we were aware of every possible concern with any particular listing and then listened carefully as we explained which ones mattered to us and which ones didn't. When it came to making the offer and then working with the mortgage broker she was highly responsive and helped us work around any obstacles we found. We moved in in record time. In addition, she has given us great recommendations along the way for experts and tradespeople in all sorts of disciplines. Rose would certainly be the first person I would call if I was looking for another property.

Rose is incredible. She helped me navigate a tricky family sale of a complicated property. Lots of personalities were involved and Rose handled all of us with grace, professionalism, and so much kindness. She is clearly an expert, and knows the market and ins and outs of Mill Valley intimately. I felt like we were in such good hands, as she helped navigate us through each step seamlessly. Besides that, she vastly changed the outcome of our sale! Her team of stagers/fix it folks were unbelievable, and made the house look better than I could have dreamed. It looked positively amazing when they were done... we were so pleased. I would work with Rose again in a heartbeat, she really is the best!
