I can't say enough good things about my experience with Wells and Bennett Realtors in Tahoe! From start to finish, their professionalism, efficiency, and outstanding customer service made my rental experience absolutely seamless.

The team was incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions, and handled everything with the utmost care and attention to detail. The booking process was smooth, the property was spotless and exactly as described, and any minor issue I had was addressed immediately. They clearly take pride in what they do, and it shows in the way they treat both renters and property owners.

It's rare to find a property management company that truly goes above and beyond, but they do just that. I wouldn't hesitate to rent with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free, top-notch rental experience in Tahoe. 10/10!

If it were possible to give less than one start I'd do that. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a property manager. Not only do they give the incorrect information, but no one on their team takes any accountability and it winds up costing more time, energy, and money than doing it yourself. I highly recommend finding another property manager. Stay as far away from this team as you can. Heather, their manager, does absolutely nothing to help resolve issues as well.

Wells and Bennett has been very responsive and supportive in a less than ideal experience I’ve been having while renting a property out in a HOA association. Things that have gone wrong with the property have been out of their control, but they’ve done their best to improve things and have served as a liaison to an unreasonable property management company and HOA association.

Negative 5 stars if possible - Wells and Bennett Realtors are unethical, lack professionalism, and have terrible customer service. Facts here, you can decide for yourself - my reservation was accepted and fees were charged. The following week this agency contacted me and said my reservation was cancelled because they got another longer booking (with this agency your booking is NOT SECURE, stay away from this agency). Nearly a month has passed and my fees have not been refunded. I've called and emailed several times - they cancelled me and still they have not refunded my fees. This agency will not refund your fees. Wells & Bennett Realtors Lake Tahoe is unethical and unprofessional.

I unfortunately had a very bad experience with this company. My family and I spent weeks searching vacation homes in Tahoe that we could rent for August 2021. After narrowing down the choices, we finally decided upon a place that was under the Management of Wells & Bennett Realtors. I paid the deposit, locked it in, and was happy that I could cross that off my mental checklist. About 2 weeks later, I was contacted by Wells & Bennett to say that the owners of the property are unsure of whether they will want to make the place available next summer. I am so disappointed, but I am more angry that I invested 10+ hours of planning into finding this place, only to have them turn around in less than 2 weeks and force cancel my reservation. Now I understand that plans can change, and this is especially true in the age of covid, but as a management company, part of the job is being aligned with the expectations of their clients so that customers aren't wasting their time. If a place shows available for rent, that should be immovable. How are people supposed to plan efficiently if dates can be cancelled on a whim? This event was even further compounded by the fact that the next 2 places which the family had chosen as viable vacation options are now unavailable for our chosen dates. So frustrating! 🙁

I wish I read the terrible reviews this company received before I booked. Should have known better. We booked our trip in February to fly out to Lake Tahoe from CT. Unfortunately less than 60 days from the trip reservation wild fires caused hazardous air quality and I reached out almost two weeks prior to our reservation to discuss this. I was misguided by the staff at Wells and Bennet. We ended up cancelling our trip because the fires worsened and so did the air quality. My family and I did not want to travel with our 1 year old daughter and elderly mother out there. They were unwilling to accommodate and or refund any potion of money. Extremely unprofessional via both telephone and through messaging. I will never book with this company ever again. It was an unfortunate climate / weather related circumstance that caused us to cancel our trip and this company made the experience even worse. DO NOT BOOK with them. "Wildfires are common knowledge."

Wells & Bennett has managed our west shore cabin for the past two years and we couldn't be happier. Their staff is professional, efficient, responsive and pleasant. They have kept our cabin rented out and have done an excellent job of vetting the guests, so we haven't had a single problem.
