These people are absolutely terrible at “property management”. They have literally no idea what the hell they’re doing and consistently screw over renters. The staff is extremely rude, disrespectful, and very petty. Sara and Chris in particular are so unprofessional. Do everything you can to avoid this company.

HORRIBLE. I went to check out a rental. They tell me to apply online and I do. Then they decide to rent it out to someone while I’m applying for it. I spend hours getting all the required documents just to be let down. Terrible business.

Had to give a one-star in order to speak my mind. For the most part this company only responds to emergencies. My front door to my one story duplex was completely stuck closed one night (Friday after normal business hrs). Weather stripping removed, once inside, minimal damage getting in. Long story short… it’s jamming because of 6ft of ice and snow on the roof. I call daily for removal to NO avail. They did come once and removed 1/4 of snow into my backyard. Now snow pile is up to the over hang! They were probably payed but didn’t finish the job! How does this happen. Owner of duplex is NOT helpful either. I’m retired on fixed income with certifiable disability.
Soooooo very disappointed with how this company is run. Now I’m calling news stations, newspapers even sent urgent message to the governor!! This is a serious problem

Took 80 dollars in application fees and didn't even have the decency to reply once after that? Why have a business location and multiple employees if you're going to act no different than the Craiglist scams that are plaguing Tahoe
