The house is your standard 4BR/4.5BA Old Greenwood sitting on the south side of hole #10. You get a little bit of freeway noise, but get the pleasure of watching golfers come down #10 and beautiful sunsets in the evenings. Its a quick walk to the pavilion for a snack or drink. The house is well stocked with cooking equipment; pots, pans, baking sheets, trays, etc. There's also a small collection of spices in case you need something...its always nice to leave something if you buy it in Truckee for the next guests. Added bonus is we got to see a small black bear in the neighborhood.

We've been vacationing in Old Greenwood for ~15 years now, with a majority of our stays with Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals. Our last stay really showcased why you book through Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals instead of VRBO/AirBnB. We had some minor issues in the rental once we arrived. Called the maintenance line for immediate help and had someone on the phone within minutes. Their staff was onsite within an hour to help remedy the solution. It turned an annoyance into an afterthought and allowed us to continue with our vacation.

We just returned from our 4 nights/5 days stay at the Stellar Residence. Our family of 6 enjoyed this property immensely! Spacious and modern with a beautiful view of the mountainside. The home has all the amenities. Check-in was easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our summer vacation in Tahoe, hiking, swimming and boating! Oh, and I don't know how they arranged a special appearance for us from the balcony? A bear! Just walking down the hiking path minding his own business. A special sight indeed for my kids!

Working with Brooke and her team at Tahoe Exclusive was as easy and stress free as it gets. Our family and friends had planned to celebrate my wife's birthday in Tahoe when the blizzard of the century decided to grace us with its presence so our plans turned from being out every night to being relegated to our rental property in Old Greenwood. To our surprise we were not disappointed in the slightest having to be stuck in doors. The property was beautiful and immaculate, even for our picky taste, and we had every amenity we could ask for. Kudos to Brooke and Tahoe Exclusive for making a very stressful situation into an enjoyable one.

We had a great stay! The apartment (BigHorn 303) was conveniently located in the Northstar village, right across the Big Springs Gondola and 1-2 minute(s) walk to children ski school drop-off and pick up location. The apartment itself was clean and included everything we needed. It had a dedicated ski storage in the first floor where we could just leave our ski gears there for the next day. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely book again next time!

The house was very clean, comfortable, and had all of the amenities that a family would need. We couldn't have asked for a better family vacation.
