I’ve worked with Table for several years and have had a fantastic experience. I initially purchased two condos they already managed as part of their portfolio, and added a duplex for them to manage—four units in total. Over the years they have also helped me off load properties at ideal times.

Kiera has been outstanding during the buy and sell process, accurately forecasting how things would go and providing excellent communication throughout. The management team is equally impressive—thorough, proactive, and always on top of things. Their communication has been top-notch, making my experience as an out of state property owner seamless. Highly recommend!

RENTERS BEWARE:

Many of the positive reviews you see here are folks who have partnered with Table as investors - NOT renters. Look closely at what other renters have said about Table before you sign a lease. I made the mistake of renting from Table and I now have several chronic illnesses because of it, significantly reduced quality of life, what my doctor has called “the worst mold exposure [he’s] ever seen, and I’m now in a wheelchair. I was physically healthy before I rented from Table Property Management/Table Investments and now I will be disabled for the rest of my life.

Renting from Table was the worst experience I could possibly imagine. There were many issues with the home AND how management treated us. Most importantly: Table KNOWINGLY refused to adequately treat mold issues and heating issues in our rent home. The bathtub/shower was lined with wood which collected mold and made me very sick while living there. Additionally, there was a roof leak that led to water damage right above our bed (and on our bed). Table took 2 months to fix the ceiling the first time it happened. During which, we found mold and POOP in the ceiling (see pictures). The second time this happened, Table REFUSED to cut into the ceiling to fix the mold and water damage. I did not have health issues prior to living in this house. I am young and was very healthy when we moved in. I'm now very sick need expensive routine medical care for the rest of my life.

The home was also insufficiently heated for 6 months and averaged 45-65 degrees during the winter with the tiny furnace they gave us on full blast. I frequently begged Table to give us better heating. Every time we called the emergency line for extra heat, we were told no. We were painfully cold the entire time, and this made us and our pets sick during the winter. It took them 6 months to install an appropriately sized furnace.

There were many other issues with the house that are not worth mentioning (it would take too long). The issues listed above are the worst of it. Unsurprisingly, Table never apologized for how they treated us. If you value the health and safety of you and your family, DO NOT RENT FROM TABLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.

I would also not be surprised if Table chooses to respond to this to refute my claims as the honest truth looks quite bad for them. When trying to reason with them during our lease, they would often brush off our complaints as if they were not major issues. Regardless of Table's response, I hope you (the reader) understand that my claims are not exaggerations. These horrendous things did happen to us, and Table refused time and time again to fix what they were responsible for. I have all the emails and pictures to prove it along with my medical records.

I was a renter with the company from 2020 to 2023. The house was originally run by another property management group but a year after I moved in the home owner switched to this group. I had no issue with them until a month before our third lease ended in early 2023.

We battled pests and rodents from the time we moved in and it never got fully addressed so I took matters into my own hands and hired pest control at my own expense. I had no intention of billing the management group. Just wanted the issue addressed. In summer of 2022 we had a maintenance issue and they sent one of their guys over to fix it. He noticed bait traps set out and other anti pest traps that Orkin left to help combat the issue. They told table management and they waited until January 2023 (one month before the lease ended) to let us know we violated our lease. They couldn’t give me an answer on why they waited 6 months or more to tell us but he said it was because of pest control.

I told them we addressed it and have regular visits from Orkin to keep it under control. They said we needed to provide proof so I provided more than a years worth of pest control history in writing one visit as recent as a month before they sent the notice and they kept wanting more and more information then demanded they inspect the property before they let us sign a new lease. I asked if they would be raising rent because this was right around the time rent rates started to explode and they were very tight lipped about it and frankly very rude about the whole situation. I decided I had enough and decided not to renew my lease and guess what happened after we moved? They raised the rent by almost 5 hundred dollars for the next tenant. I think this was them trying to force us out in order to raise the rent do to the rent increase everywhere when inflation was on the rise. They even mentioned when I asked about a rent increase that our home was below market value on renting.

We were never late paying rent and were always very open about issues on the property. Do not rent from this group. They used strong arm tactics to force us out of signing a new lease in order to price gauge rent on the next tenant. I know this as a fact because I have worked with property management groups before and they never wait 6 plus months on a lease violation. We had to move my whole family to another home because of these shady dishonest people. Stay away.

Kiera was very professional, efficient, courteous to work with. My entire transaction was remote, done through emails and phone calls, and she handled that challenge beautifully.

Very disappointed. Applied for and traveled to see a property, only to find it was very misrepresented in the listing. After spending the $90 app fee and traveling 5 hours to view it, the outside of the house looks awful. Photo 1 shows the listing photo, depicting a backyard fence — in person I found it was falling apart and in dangerous condition (showed in other photos). There was broken glass and debris on the property. I wouldn't care, except that it was not represented that way in the listing, causing me to waste time and money.

Working with Table Investment has been a great experience! I have been working with them for over a year now and they have assisted me with the purchase two investment properties during that time. Living out of state it is nice to have a company that is a one stop shop and handles the entire process from the purchase to managing. They are very professional and responsive, keeping you up to date with what is going on.
The communication from start to finish is great. Keira and Sulmy are extremely helpful and make the home purchasing process easy and seamless, while Kaleb makes the onboarding and transition to the management side and smooth process as well.
Overall Table is great company and I look forward to purchasing more investments through them in the near future.
