Based on my own experience with this "property management" company I would urge prospective renters of any of their properties to steer clear. Good luck getting them to replace/repair anything. We were without a microwave for months, finally had to buy our own, and there was a leak in the bathroom wall that was patched over but never repainted because their repair people never showed up. They don't mind that you have to miss work for maintenance people who fail to show, however, and they refuse to reimburse you if that happens. They will also nickel and dime you at the end of the lease for failure to clean to their standards. Don't leave a single streak on the bathroom or that will be deducted from your security deposit. Oh, and the laundry room door that fell off the hinges never did get replaced despite numerous maintenance requests by me. This company does absolutely nothing to make your tenancy easy or enjoyable. They are good at asking for documentation after documentation when you ask them to fix things. In our case every major appliance broke down -- the washer, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave. But they will try and argue that appliances aren't broken even when there's water all over the floor from the dishwasher. Last, they keep jacking up their monthly rent even though they have done nothing in years to upgrade the place, including painting and carpet replacement. Beware of Sweet Home Property Management!

good luck. if they don't have an answer for you, you won't hear anything back. they ignore your calls to their office. you speak to reception and get transferred to a voicemail and never get a call back. it has been 3 months and counting since our exhaust fan in the kitchen went out, after repeated promises and multiple vendors coming out, nothing. they are the middle man and yet cannot seem to get in contact with the owner to make needed repairs. they are quick to make demands from you, yet maddeningly slow to respond to your requests [if at all]. if you can, go elsewhere than a property managed by this company.

additionally prior to signing my lease, it was promised to me that no construction was to be completed on the other side of our duplex... since we moved in they have proceeded to demolish the entire unit with whom we share our bedroom wall with. at all hours of the night, with no respect for the fact we are nurses and work night shift. we have provided hours and days that work could take place and it has been ignored. no 24 hour notice of work to be done, no courtesy or human decency whatsoever. and we have no recourse. it has been a nightmare. and this company does not help in the slightest.
