I've been working with Alex from True Real Estate Partners on leasing a space for our business in Santa Rosa. This is not my first time working with an agent on a real estate deal. After inquiring about multiple properties for lease, I found it extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone. When I called on True, Alex answered right away and helped me find exactly what l needed. POTENTIAL TENATS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS BEWARE!!
This company is poorly managed, and tries to take the cheapest possible route on any work that is performed. Cheap work = poor service.
I am a service provider in Texas and I performed a rushed service for this company and it has been 45 days since the service was performed with no payment and all contact has been severed by this company. Payton is who I was dealing with and it was an awful experience all the way around and now I’m out a couple thousand dollars. I forgive them, but they can’t keep getting away with this.
