My wife and I have been living at the Glen Ellyn apartments for a year now. I can honestly say it’s been a wonderful year living here. Ingrid and Lori are always so nice and when we have questions they always are quick to stop what they are doing to answer our question or get back to us quickly if they have to look more into what we had asked. They also like to ask us how we are doing and actually care about how we feel while residing here. Not to mention the maintenance staff are always extremely nice and always quick to get any and all maintenance issues taken care of quickly. We honestly cannot wait to continue living in this beautiful community.

The lack of professionalism that Marcus showed during our viewing of a space was horrific. My business partner made a comment via facetime in reference to the rent amount that Marcus did not like, he then proceeded to cuss me out and kick me out of the showing. Quite embarrassing for someone to operate in that manner.

I have worked with the brokers at this SVN Chicago office and I can tell you they are top rate! Of course, the first broker I met was Reid Bennett and his focus is multifamily. If you have a need for a great multifamily guy, give Reid a buzz. The SVN Chicago office team is a highly sought after group and I highly recommend them for your next deal or referral.

There is no African-American on the executive team. Disheartening when the company pledge does not represent change!
