Overall great car buying experience. I called to confirm a bronco raptor was in stock and the sales team answered all my questions over the phone and set up a time for me to come in same day. My salesman, Mario, sent me several pictures and a video of the truck before I arrived so I could see the color in the sun. I arrived early and it was already waiting for me to test drive. Mario answered all the questions I threw at him and if he didn’t have the answer was not afraid to ask someone else to make sure I got the correct information. Making the deal was painless and quick. The financing office was just as easy and quick. I would highly recommend Sutton ford and make sure to ask for Mario.

You guys hire good people. Eric Maymon was absolutely wonderful to work with. From the time he picked us up from the airport, until the time we drove off he took very good care of us.(Eric is also is a realtor so if you’re looking for a home, I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment?)Also, Vino Smith gave us the best financing experience we’ve ever had. Sutton Ford is what you need when you truly need advice, guidance, and Communication When your vehicle is causing you trouble. I have been to quite a few dealers and car repair shops in my time and I’m grateful to have found a dealership that checks all the boxes of customer service and Quality repair.
Upon the first phone call and leaving a message to receiving a message back within minutes to then being contacted through phone, explaining how they are going to handle the situation moving forward after I drop off my vehicle. Received a loaner vehicle and never missed a beat in my day-to-day life. And all the while being updated upon the process of my repair. After completion, my car was dropped off at my house for convenience. From start to finish the service, advisor and team members are outstanding I cannot be happier and appreciative. Thank you so very much.

While I’m not to happy with the monthly payment, I truly believe they did the best they good considering my credit score.
I feel they could have done a better job at making sure the vehicle was showroom ready inside and out. Had a few issues with the cracked mirror housing and scratches on the mirror, white stains on the headrest and a few smudges on the driver interior door.
It was sold to me with a recall that I’m hoping my sales person was unaware of for a compressor.
Overall! I’m am satisfied with my new purchase. Frank was pleasant, honest and spoke to me realistically and not as a salesman trying to close the deal.
I will definitely! (As of today) go back when I’m ready for another vehicle.

We just bought a new Ford Expedition from Sutton Ford. Franklin Hunt was outstanding. Delivered on everything he promised. He made an experience I usually dread, smooth. Eric Maymon was also very helpful. Stepping in when Franklin was called temporarily called away. I would recommend!!!

They sabotaged my truck!! They set me up with a sales person straight out of high school ( a cute girl) who had no clue what she was doing, took me about 6 or more hours to find a truck i liked because I basically had to do the sales work myself.( she disappeared on me several times I suspect to hang out with the porters in the shop)Then they pulled the truck i picked out into the service bay for what seemed like an hour or more i heard a loud hissing noise and i saw a cloud of smoke come out of that bay ( it was the employees releasing fluid from the air conditioning) on the way home i noticed the ac was not working when i got to the house i looked under the hood and found wiring harness plugs unplugged. Do not trust them….
