A few years back Susan Slenk listed our home in Mesa and with smooth and fair negotiations we had a signed offer to purchase within two days! Susan sent us listings via ARMLS PORTAL and showed us homes we chose to preview. We saw several but soon found the perfect affordable home in far east Mesa, which we absolutely loved. When our offer was accepted we were able to close in 3 weeks time simultaneously on both properties which went like clockwork.
