Susan made the entire house buying experience seamless, stress free, and even enjoyable. Unlike many today, she answers her phone. Susan is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and one of the most experienced realtors in Pebble Creek. It was immediately clear to us that Susan always puts a buyer's needs and desires above just trying to get a quick sale. She took our last minute call on a Saturday, rearranged her schedule, and made herself available immediately to show us properties before we had to leave town. Susan also has a vast network of professionals that an Arizona home buyer may need from handy men to golf cart sales. Months now after our purchase, we wouldn't hesitate to call her because we know she will answer the phone and do everything possible to help us. You won't find a better realtor or person.

I was introduced to Susan Fix when I moved from Oklahoma to Litchfield Park nearly five years ago. She found me the perfect house at that time, and her reputation in the area continued to grow as I lived in the community. I called on her again when I decided to move back to Oklahoma a short time ago. She came over to the house prepared with comps in the area, and a plan to market the home in a timely manner, providing me with the suppliers I needed to put the house on the market quickly, and show it in its best light. Prior to closing, I moved back to Oklahoma, and Susan picked up the banner to to coordinate all the last minute details to hire painters, etc. to provide the buyer with the home they saw in the pictures. Susan is responsible, smart, and so very knowledgeable about the Litchfield Park community and the inherent value of each home. Yes, she makes a great first impression. But it's the follow through to closing that will really impress you.

Susan was great for us both selling and buying as we downsized. Her availability and communication with us was more than I ever could have hoped for. She is very experienced, knows the market (esp Litchfield Park) and knows how to negotiate.

Selling, she made our house really pop in the pictures and open houses. Her stager Kim did an amazing job. Buying, her availability was awesome. Most always it was same day in houses we wanted to walk thru.

Susan knows and is well known in the Litchfield Park real estate market. Highly recommend!

Have used Susan Fix on four transactions over four years.
EVERY TIME she has been amazing !!! Just sold a home and broke the record for the most expensive home every sold here. It was NOT overpriced at all but the "buyer pool" gets small "up in the clouds". From listing to contract in 14 days and as smooth as it gets---content seller and happy buyer. Basically she is a real "pro" !! Use her if you are smart.

I really want to take a moment to write a really important review!

Words can never adequately express my gratitude, respect, and love for Susan. I appreciate the utmost professionalism, commitment, communication, and hard work, and it is rare and refreshing to find someone dedicated to their clients and a positive outcome, especially in 2024!

My year plus journey was a rough one, faced with extraordinary challenges, personally and with my original trust attorney. The home is my family home, very hard to bring myself to sell, and I prayed I would find a realtor that cared, and a buyer that would treat truly love our home as theirs.

Not only did Susan help me with the house, she had recommendations to secure a new attorney, an estate sale company, Comerica bank, many showings, AND a phenomenal BUYER! No matter what the challenge was she kept a positive and uplifting attitude, and some hand holding!

It may have been touching go but I have never lost my faith. Susan is an extraordinary woman, and I cannot adequately explain the depth of appreciation, gratitude, and respect I have, now and always.God Bless you Susan! Susan is an experienced real estate agent that is knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy. Susan helped us buy and sell our homes and also helped other family members buy/sell property. We were moving from out of state and she gave us excellent guidance along the way. She was knowledgeable with the current market trends and straightforward with us. Tell her what you need and she will steer you in the right direction every time. She was quick and responsive to our questions about anything and went above and beyond to get the answer every time. She is well connected and respected in the community and always has your best interests in mind. I would highly recommend Susan to anyone buying or selling a house.
