I have worked with Renee and the team at SureWay for a few years now. I find them to be very responsive to all our needs as an owner. They have always been able to find great tenants for us as well as handle any issues that have come up. We recently completed a total rehab of half the units once completed they were able to rent the units with no issues. It is always a pleasure to work with Renee and the team.

What can I say other than perfect customer service. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. I worked w/ Renee and her team for our rental, and they were nothing short of exceptional, both personally and professionally. SureWay is amazing. We were with a different property management company prior to SureWay. The previous company was horrible and could not manage our property properly. They left us a few days prior to rent being due. I was freaking out. I found SureWay from Google and are so thankful that we came across them. Mike from SureWay worked with us to get our account set up fast. Within a few days this company had us all set up, they were able to collect the tenants rent on time seamlessly. Every single person from this company that I’ve spoken to is wonderful, kind, and they take care of their clients to the highest degree. Highly recommend and will stay with this management team for good.

In my 20 years as a renter, they've been hands-down the best landlords I've ever had. I've rented a house from SureWay for almost two years.

I let them know that I found a shingle on the ground. A few days later, they had the roof evaluated and a couple of weeks after that, they replaced the roof. On black Friday, I woke to find that the furnace wasn't working. They had someone here that day to look at it. Any time I've let them know about issues I've found, such as an outside light not flickering, having trouble getting the fence door to stay closed, baseboard came loose, etc, they've resolve as quickly as you might only expect from a family member.

From the first day Renee and her team at SureWay took over the management of my rental property to the final sale of that property, they provided nothing but excellent service. Never once was it necessary for me to prompt any action to be taken. On the contrary, I could simply rely upon their expertise and dedication to handle any and every issue that arose during their management tenure.
