This property management company only knows how to collect the HOA fee but doesn’t hold up their end of their policies unless it is to their benefit. My mom has owned her condo for 15+ years now and has had nothing but issues. The pool deck is always messy whether it be trash, clothes or just debris that doesn’t get cleaned up and it just blows into the pool. The restrooms are awful on the pool deck, I constantly find articles of clothing from the homeless people who sleep behind our patio. They’re very good at keeping track of our parking permits and getting our cars towed but could care less about the maintenance and overall appearance of our homes. My mom’s fence has been falling for a couple of years now and it’s been brought to their attention many times but never repaired. She refused to pay the HOA since nothing ever gets done and was sent to collections with a lien on her home. Do not buy in this community or any other that is managed by Sure Kare.

First Month of this company managing our HOA and I call to get some information abd a guy answers and say huh...leaves the ohone off the hook(I can hear him) I say hello several times then he hangs up. I hope this is not the same crappy way they mange.
