Other than this company being extremely reliable we found out we had paid a bill twice & when she caught it Melissa contacted us about it immediately. I have used equipment from them, but this is not even about renting. Cliff was very nice to me and my 4yr old son. We had been in the car all day seeing Dr's in Phoenix. And the car ride back was getting long we stopped here to stretch our legs and we met cliff and he was very nice and showed us some of the equipment. From a 4yr old who spent 10 hrs of his day in the car & at appointments "LETS GO THERE AGEAN" Thank you

Needed to fix my leaking tire on the Bobcat. I called to set up time to drop off. I was trying to be extra cautious during this COVID19 Pandemic. No problem. Aaron assured me that I could stay in my vehicle while they unloaded the wheel and tire. They would also allow me to pay using my credit card over the phone. No need to pay. It was a minor fix, and they did not charge me. A big "Thanks" to Aaron, John, and Victor. Sunstate Equipment is my first stop for heavy equipment needs.
