I rent a 5bd home with my wife and kids through Sunshine Properties since 2021. If any problems arises Liz has handled the situation promptly. From Garage door not working, heater going out, or something small as a light bulb. Sunshine Properties is not a scam and I haven't felt any discrimination. If you're looking to rent, or in need of Property Management I totally recommend them.

This property management conducts bad business practices and will ne reported to the better business bureau and hud for the horrific service and experience I recently had. They are discriminatory and dispassionate representatives. The owner should not even be in business. Horrible experience.

Intentionally looked over us as applicants and when questioned about it lier multiple times, to cover up their bad business practices. 😔

These people are a scam. I called and set up an appointment with jeanette at 6:30 and she never showed up. We were scheduled to see 2 homes. When I called the phone number provide nobody would pick up nor did anyone call me back.
