I recently experienced issues with my apartment and parking, which significantly impacted my living experience. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the response time was slow, and the solution was inadequate.

Unfortunately, my interactions with the manager, Martha, were unprofessional and rude. Her tone and demeanor made me feel disrespected and unvalued as a resident.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but I believe it's essential to address these concerns promptly and efficiently. As a resident, I expect a higher level of service and attention to my needs.

I hope that you will take my feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve your customer service. I would appreciate it if you could reimburse me for:

• towing my vehicle as i pay for parking auto
and my insurance, registration and parking space # are all listed on the lease.

• Towing fees incurred due to a sudden update on parking stickers that are due by March 13 ( 2 days from today ). No courtesy calls or emails were sent, your Managment office barely posted a letter on the front door. Around March 5th- 6th. Stating new stickers are will be needed by March 15th. Note, With your business hours being normal working hours for your tenants, (9AM-5PM) we would’ve appreciated the flexibility stated on the letter (Due by March 15th) . Or at least mailing us the updated stickers as they mailed other important documents.

I value my residency at Sunrise Village and would like to resolve this matter amicably. However, I expect a more professional and respectful approach from management in the future.

Complex is always improving. First tall bushes were trimmed and then building was fully insulated. Garage roof leak was fixed and apartment was repainted years ago with no problems since then. I've been living here for 5 years. There's been ups and downs with management but for the most part all concerns are resolved in a timely manner. Premises is clean. My building is quiet and residence have been respectful. Parking sucks in EO and I feel the parking lot fees by management is excessive, especially when they don't intervene when someone is in your paid spot. Despite that, and it being an older building than the new ones being built now, I would recommend these apartments.

This place makes it impossible to get an apartment. it seems like the lady at the front is very confused. I did the pre-qualification and met all the requirements then I got a call from someone there. Called back and now she is telling me that she never called me. Then I asked her if the 2 units are available like the website states and she said no. Mind you the same place I called about in June is still available on the website and an additional unit became available again. The when I questioned her about it she said I would be able to move in October. Then she asked if I had pets, I said a cat then she said I didn’t qualify yet the website states service pets allowed. Can I please speak to someone else?

False advertisement there's nothing luxury about sunrise village apartment. I have been living there for the past 3 months and it's a nightmare from the bathroom ceiling leaking,kitchen sink not working ,wood floor squeak when you walk, The lease coordinator claim that you have to pay the city of East Orange a $100 to get the apartment inspected before you move in but I doubt apartment is inspected. Also to top it of the lack of communication with the management office and the resident. Yes the apartments are big but they are definitely not luxury should be remodel.

I have been living in one of sunrise/corsa managements apartments for the last 14 years. Ive requested to have the carpets changed 3 times. Carpets only have a life span of 10 years. I currently have been ignored repeatedly. The apartment is super old. No one has remodeled or updated the apt. NO ONE HAS EVEN PAINTED MY APT. in the 14 years ive lived here. The outside of the house is super old. All they do is put bandaids on things until they break again. The management and the owners are super cheap. I have squirrels that live in the walls. Martha has an attitude every time i call in for an issue. I like the area but i truly hate the management office. You would think as a long time resident that pays her rent on time, I would get treated with some type of consideration. BUT NO. Avoid this place at all cost.

I once lived at Sunrise Village Apts I had a stroke so my son moved me closer to him in Barnegat NJ. I truly miss living there I really do the people in the office are kind and the workers as very efficient.
