I had a great experience with our sales rep Elaine Ransom who was wonderful and accommodating. She kept us in touch with regular emails on available homes with price changes and incentives, which was very helpful with deciding the right home. Very happy with the quality of the home we bought. Big thanks to Elaine. The whole process was very smooth from start to to finish with Steve Jamey the construction manager who was very thorough with the final walkthrough and who was professional but personable and can be reached easily via call or text. Additionally Sun City Festival is a beautiful community not just aesthetically but its resort style amenities is what sold us to this place.

A beautiful environment both in the facilities and outdoors with the great views of the mountains. Our home is very well constructed and the finishes are of high quality and workmanship. Our sales rep Michael Stream went to great extents to insure that we were happy with our new home. And Steve Jayme, the construction manager, made sure that the house was ready in time for our closing date as well as explaining warranty, features, etc. of our home. A real class organization with many people working together to make this a great place to live.

We love our new Pulte Home at Sun City Festival. Our Customer Care Manager Seth Taylor reached out to us a few month's before our first year was up to set up a review of any defects or settling issues we had experienced so they could make the repairs. They quickly took care of the few issues that we had and our new home is now perfect!

We've now lived here in Sun City Festival for one year and couldn't be happier with the decision! Our construction manager David Watson, and Service Reps Tommy Gomez and Becky Hinds were professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with during construction and the reasonable follow up items. We love our home and community!

I got the keys to my home last week and plan on moving in several weeks. I am very excited to start my next chapter at SCF Buckeye. It seems to be a very pretty, well maintained, and vibrant Active Adult community. The residents I have interacted with there seem to be very nice people and friendly. All homes are beautiful, and there is a lot to do.
