My mom used them for clearing out my grandparent's home after my grandfather passed away. They "sold" things to friends and family for really low prices if anything at all and did not pay for what they took that they "forgot" to price. Neighbors went each day to see the progress and when sales report was sent, which was written on a piece of notebook paper, it only included 8 items and didn't include many of the larger items let alone everything else. Very unprofessional and heard complaints about the sale and them being sloppy. Cannot believe how they kept money rightfully owed to my grandmother. Would never recommend.

There was good and not so good. The good included that they were punctual, they worked quickly to set up the sale and to clear out things after the sale, they were friendly, and they took care of a leak that started when they were there (not their fault), which could have been a disaster had they ignored it. We were very grateful. The bad was there advertising. It was practically non existent. After the first day, when practically nothing sold, I took it upon myself to advertise the sale on Craigslist. OMG what a difference! Practically all the big stuff sold. Another not so good thing is they run their sales on W Th Fr, which is odd. Provided you add your own advertising, they were fine.

Not to be trusted,! was not happy that I referred them to my clients to SELL items not do under the table deals with Friends/ trade items for work for there own gain / profit . Would not recommend using them. So sad to see Estate sales happing like this one did makes me very unhappy to know I recommend this Estate Sale group of people. It's a big job and home owners/ family member's are trusting Estate Sales groups to sell home goods to help the family members with Health care cost for the home owners. Sun City Estate Sales get paid very well 25% of items sold goes to them., There are a lot of sharks/ snakes out there. Be aware! do research before you be come a victim like my self and my Clients. So Sorry I trusted them! to represent me as a Realtor. Lesson learned the hard way.
