I wanted to quickly address Chris Herron’s negative review, which I can sympathize with. Chris had booked our condo, which Cory and his team at SummitTime have managed beautifully for three years. Alas, after several days of subzero temperature that bottomed out at -44, our condo building had a water main break that flooded multiple units on the property the day Chris was scheduled to check in. It was a real crisis situation that could’ve impacted every unit in the building, and Cory was out there himself in the freezing cold helping the homeowners he partners with avoid major disaster. Again, I sympathize that Chris likely had his vacation ruined or at least severely impacted, and that warrants an apology, which I’d like to offer him here personally. But this was truly an exceptional, DEFCON 1-level scenario that could’ve been a real disaster for a lot more homeowners and guests had it not been for the swift action of Cory and several others. I deeply appreciate the personal care and dedication he brings to this job for both guests and homeowners. Both he and his team keep our place rented and cared for, and they go above and beyond to offer the same level of care for our guests. He’s mailed things back to guests when they’ve forgotten them, he got up in the middle of the night to help a pair of guests who were trying to check in to the wrong unit, and he frequently checks in on guests when we have those cold snaps every once and a while. Cory and his team are stand up people, and I just wanted to make sure to set that record straight. Thanks for all you do for us, SummitTime!

Summit Time, Cory and his team were second to none in their attentiveness to our vacation reservations and time in Grand Co. Even when slight issues with the home popped up Cory was there to quickly take care of the situation. Please do yourself a favor and book through Summit time vacation rentals for a true professional company that cares about their clients! If you have property in Grand Co trust Cory and his team to care well for your property investment and insure repeat customers as we will surely book through Summit Time again! Five stars!!

We enjoyed the relaxing condo on the Fraser River with Summit Time so much! What a beautiful, cozy spot. We had more than enough room for me, my husband, and our 2 dogs. Summit Time was very responsive to us when booking and made sure we had everything we needed for an A+ stay. We plan to use them again in the future!

I own a condo in Granby Ranch and highly recommend Summit Time if you are looking for an exceptional team to manage your property and investment. Cory and his team take care our property like it was their own home. Cory is a local and really understands the community and how to market our property. We also love that he lives in the area and is able to be onsite for our guests and any issues.

Summit Time is a rare find in remote holiday areas. Cory's can do attatude, with customer service as a priority make working with Summit Time a pleasure. I wish I could find more companies like this to do business with.
