I’ve been seeing some great changes at Summit Ridge the past few months! Things are getting cleaned up and looking much nicer. I met Clifton while he was out painting on the parking areas. He’s super kind and doing a fantastic job!! Thank you Clifton!!

2019 - Stephanie was the manager of the apartment. She is very nice and patient with my roommate and me since it was our first time renting an apartment while we were college students. It's a nice place and good budget. It's close to the stores, gas stations, restaurants, and 10-15 minutes to the UNA campus. There are railroads tracks around the area. It's close to the trees/forest where I love to see and hear the birds and small animals. The pool is nice. Great parking and guest parking are there. Nice neighbors we had. The kitchen is small but it is tolerable. I'm so glad they have a building office so we can print off our papers. Maintenance is on point when we needed help with some fixing or problems. Stephanie and her team are super nice by hanging the card and balloons on the door. It is a quiet neighborhood also.

I would love to live there again, but I had to move to 2020 due to family. I would definitely recommend living here as a college student.

I loved living here. I lived alone and always felt safe. The management was great, no problems. Any maintenance issues were taken care of promptly. Nice neighbors. No parking problems. Great rates. I would live here again if I moved back for sure. Good location for a student.

Nice place. The parking lot is terrible! Pot holes, rough on a car. But instead of dealing with that issue, they painted the parking spots and added numbers..like putting lipstick on a pig!

I lived here for just shy of 2 years. It was great value for the money. Vicki and the staff were always friendly and helpful. They were quick to make any necessary repairs and strived to be as accommodating as possible. After I moved out, they had my deposit back to me quick as well.

The complex is within 5 minutes of two Walmarts, the mall, and loads of other stores and restaurants. Downtown Florence and UNA only take about 10 minutes to get to. It's also easy to give directions to any visitors you may have. Only 2 turns from Montgomery!

The only reason for less than 5 stars is that the parking is a bit small, but there isn't anything they can do about it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone moving to the area and will be recommending it to my replacement.

Iloved visiting a friend there. I had alot of fun and would absolutely love to live there . It is very beautiful and peaceful as well as the features you have available to your renters!!!

Terrible place to live. Poor management. Apartments are very dated. They just patch and rig everything...and paint over the mold....dont live here!!!
