Rented a home through Summit Leasing. Charlie is an awesome guy. Was honest and very helpful. He was always up front and very professional. When we had an issue with the garage door, he promptly responded and had it taken care of in less than 24 hours. If your thinking of renting a home in the area, I highly recommend them!

Nothing but great things to say about Summit Leasing Group! My family faced uncertainty about where we would live but when we found a property managed by Summit Leasing Group all our worries went out the door. Charlie explained the process simply and thoroughly and we know he worked hard on getting said process done quickly since we had an answer and signed all necessary documents within a few days of our first meeting with him. Summit Leasing Group is excellent for the following reasons: Screening of tenants is thorough and considers all factors, the list of vendors to complete work on property is extensive and fair priced. Charlie has a sixth sense and uses it to the clients advantage. He knows a good renters and has a great handle on market rates. Honest, transparent and trustworthy.
