The people are so nice. I've lived here for 7 years and I've never had any problems. All of the houses are very well kept. Love the activities such as bingo, socials, and billiards any time day or night. The pool is fantastic during the warm months. It's also very pet friendly, making for great friendly walks with other pet parents, and owners are always picking up after their fur babies. The office personnel are very nice and accommodating. But they can also be sticklers for the rules, and quickly let you know. However, I wouldn't have it any other way because this is why I'd live here instead of any other park around. Close to everything, yet far enough to not be loud or congested.

I've lived here for 20 years. Very peaceful. Some of the "rules" are ridiculous, but every community has them. They do raise the rent every year. Overall, a pretty decent place to live.

This is a very expensive place! Very overrated!
My mom lives here i grew up in park management makes new regulations keeping you from being able to sell. There so called guidelines keep you from selling older units rent has increased was 297 when moved in almost 700 month now.
Management has changed several times not for the better either. If your trailer is not to there liking they will make u pull it out at your own expense! These are trailers at the end of day that have titles through dmv!
Homes do not gain value they decrease rapidly as there considered vehicles. The roads have been in a wreck for years and there flooding problems all over the park there also is a high crime rate its better to stay to your self and keep your doors and sheds locked!! Parking is a big problem! They will tow your car! Pool is kept very hot in the summer and you better not make a splash as the pool lady a resident at that controls that so better not let your kids splash any one!

This is a beautiful and well kept community. House's are somewhat over priced for their condition. Administration for the office is something to be desired and their rules are ridiculous . I was going to buy there and during my walk thru of the property she was telling me what was grandfathered in had to be changed?REALLY..do you know what GRANDFATHERED IN means

Roe the manager thinks she's something special. Definitely on a power trip!! A place needs rules, I understand that but being rude and makes up rules as she goes is not only illegal for tenant rights but not good for business. To be honest 90% of people I've talked to don't like her. If owner only knew how many people were advised to not purchase a home because of her she wouldn't have a job.

It is very peaceful, extremely quite. When you came across someone , your immediately greeted with a smile and introduction. I could definitely see moving there and being very happy.

The property Manager Roe is a bully and treats the older people that live there awfully. Not a nice place to live...You can't even have a guest sleep in your own house without letting them know 1st... Everyone that stays at your home has to be registered at the office.. Don't waste your money buying here

we hate it here . but too many new rule to sell your house , got to change this , got to fix that , so we are stuck here . they say that you can put the changes , on the buyer . ( new siding etc .) so we have to sell at a much lower rate , so we loose money on a down payment for a new place . they sold it like this to us , so can we sell it the same way ? very good question ha . why cant they buy the place back from us , many other places do .so in so many words ,if you don't have the money to fit it , you cant sell and make a profit . so your stuck here , and they win .and that's true for most of the people here , we live on fixed incomes here , and they know that . like i said we hate it here , but don't have a choose but to live here , we are stuck here .
