Just moved in March 2018. Its clean nice size space and secured apartments you need a turk key to enter the apartment. There is an intercom as well

Maintenance crew was not very helpful especially Tracy. She is very rude and has an attitude. There was a number of things that needed to be fixed in my unit and didn’t listen to all my concerns.
Now I have to schedule another appointment so that they can fix everything. It takes time away from my job so that I can be here with them. It’s a waste of time.

My sister lives there its a very quiet community and the place is well kept. But there is a woman named Amy who seems to run the front office there and is extremely rude. I was interested in moving into an apartment over there so I brought paperwork and before I gave it to her I asked about guests and where they would park and before I could finish my question she says "they cant stay.. if you have guests they cant stay". Yea I changed my mind fast about moving there if I have to deal with here as a "manager" no way.

Appliances are cheap not standing up to everyday cooking. No range hood, filter close to the stove surface microwave gets all the heat and breaks. No up keep of the units.

We have moved to the Summerfields development few months ago. It is one of the best places to live in central Jersey. The community is surrounded by beautiful agricultural fields, canals, hiking trails, mountains, etc. The home prices are reasonable and development is well laid out. The homes are well-designed with plenty of windows, energy efficient and open floor layout. The site is also good for easy commute with Route I-287 (exit 12), turnpike and Route 18 nearby.

Inside the buildings are nice. The outside looks barren and ghetto. Needs Gardening!
