Tom Stutsman has been a great landlord. He keeps up our apartment building, added cameras a few years ago, and responds promptly when something is needed. We had a leak in our bathroom a few years back and he had it fixed by a service professional and spruced up the bathroom and fixures in a very timely manner. I've heard of so many bad landlords and I feel grateful to have had Tom as a landlord. He's been very fair with rent and letting us have cats without pet rent❤ We have lived in our unit for 11 years but are moving out because we bought a house. We can't recommend Tom and his rentals enough.

My name is David Thorp. I have been renting an apartment from Tom Stutsman for the last two years. My experience with Tom has been nothing less than stellar. He is hands down the best landlord I have ever had on two continents (USA and Australia) in over 15 years of renting.

He is very professional, organized, etc. while still being a real person (no corporate red tape) with whom you can discuss almost anything. He isn't a pushover you can take advantage of but he is very accommodating of challenging circumstances and always more than fair.

He responds to maintenance and repair requests very quickly and without hesitation or debate. I've always had trouble with this with nearly every other landlord I've ever had - no one cares. They just want to do the statutory minimum, but Tom cares about his tenants and looks after us.

I can't say enough good things about him. I've been very happy renting from him, and regret that I may have to stop doing so at some point in the near future, only because I need to relocate to an area where he doesn't have any properties.

Tom is a wonderful landlord to rent from. He's been quick to respond to any concerns or questions I've had about the building or service in the three years that I've rented from him, though there have been very few. My bathtub drain had clogged (which I know is common renter caused issue) and after a quick call to Tom, he had a plumber scheduled to come fix the problem the next day. Fast service and solution - generally not common for a renter. The building's amenities and landscaping are clean and well maintained. The heating in the cooler months of the year is cozy. Tom has done a great job of selecting his tennets - all of the neighbors have been quiet and respectful. I would definitely recommend renting from Tom and Stutsman Realty.
