Their units are very good and well kept with great security, i rented both climate control and non climate control and was very satisfied with both. Their rates are very reasonable. in this area i would not lease or rent anywhere but storage city. The staff is Super to work with, Great job.

10/10 would recommend. The facility is very clean and well lit. The climate controlled units are well climate controlled in which they have a thermostat. The units are really good for anything that you could possibly store it is a guarantee that your items will be secure because they have security cameras throughout the premises. The parking lot is very spacious and easy to navigate if you have a U-haul or trailer. The units are reasonably priced as well. Rebecca is very nice and communicative she helped us with any questions or concerns that we had.

From the very first day, Storage City has been awesome. From Ms.Rebecca to Ms.Natiley an the others, they are so helpful. Even when I was late getting my payments to them, they were patient an kind but firm. Storage City have great storage units, very clean, lots of space. The units range from small to big units they ve got what u need. If anyone is looking to store there personal items go to storage City or go online they make it so easy for ppl. I feel safe when I have to grab a item from my unit, i just pull to the gate put my personal code in an drive around to my unit.Lots of security light, so I always feel safe. So give them a call cause I promise you that you'll be making the right decision in keeping your personal items safe in one of thr best storage units in the Shoals. We rented one of the small units and it was perfect for what we needed. Working with Storage City was a breeze. Any questions I had, I called Natalie, and she helped me out every time. The price for the small unit is reasonable, you will need to factor the cost for insurance as well, but they will go over all of that with you when you sign up.

And sign up is easy as pie and also easy to close as well. I did both over the phone.

I enjoyed having the unit. I enjoyed working with this company. I will be going to them again if I need any extra storage and I'd recommend them to anyone.
