DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! this place is extremely dirty and disgusting. ”Rennovated” is an extremely generous word. They have slapped some paint, backsplashes, and very poor electrical work over old and nasty units. Lights do not work, there is literally dog sh-t everywhere, gnats in the unit, paint all over the floors. Everything smells like smoke and mildew. Terrible location. Extremely loud AC units outside bedroom windows. You can find a much better complex and in a nicer location for the same price or honestly cheaper, these are not even a good deal. I broke my lease within 2 weeks of moving in and am waiting out the required 60 day period. I will be so glad to get out of here.

The leasing office staff (Chloe, Maddison) are not responsive at all. I had to call so many times to know the status of my application, but none of them answered since 3 days. Finally I had to go to the office and talk with them. They literally don’t know anything about their job. If we ask anything, they were saying it’s upto management. Before applying to this apartment, I had let them know my situation, but for that $60 application fee they try to convince us by saying we can work it out, but only for the hearing decision which I wasn’t expecting. Such a scammers for that $60 application fee. I would not recommend anyone and none of my friends about this apartment.

10/10 recommend not living here if you want a clean place and a reliable/friendly staff. Front office staff does not communicate in a timely manner or handle issue. Apartment literally flooded and they didnt not inform resident until after they had gone in rearranged her stuff and tore carpet out. Expected her to stay in standing water and black tap water running.
Multiple issues in such a short time. Do not waste your time or money

a second review because 2 weeks before my lease was up, my apartment FLOODED due to a broken hot water heater (which ran my water bill up to $510 FOR A SINGLE PERSON 1 BD), and I was not informed about the flood--I came home to my carpet ripped up, all of my stuff moved around and soaking wet. Maegan in the leasing office said "Well since you are moving out anyway you can leave early and we will refund your rent for that period." Now they are refusing to answer my phone calls or reply to emails, when I go in person there is conveniently no one to talk. I have heard nothing back about a refund for the elecric bill or the rent. If I hear back I will amend this review. I literally would never recommend livng here.

I have been living here for years and I love my apartment. All the people (staff and residents) I interact with are great, kind, caring. They have a way of making you feel at home and like you belong! The leasing office and maintenance always have a quick response to anything that I need help with or need. Highly recommend!

Mattie was absolutely AMAZING!! I loved working with her such a delight and Chloe as well.Very informative and such a great help..I love my apartment.The entire complex is very nice and clean.Everything went exactly as planned. I would recommend everyone who is looking for an apartment in the Birmingham,AL area to stop By and check it out

Looks nice but terrible employees (Ashley, Carlee & Danielle) and attitudes. Apartment has water leak/mold issues, roaches, rodents due to the dumpster. They didn’t help me at all for my loss or health issues. They had the audacity to send a bill after the damages ensued. I regret ever moving here! Nasty walkways and no security (broken gate). Poor package handling so I’m not sure why they charge so much

Worst experience I have ever had, bugs everywhere and we gave multiple notices but nothing was done. Ac is loud all night waking you up, trash is always overflowing and left random places, Chloe at the office gave us virtually no fix to these issues and gave attitude on top of them to make them worse. We broke our lease and moved out 2 months before the time that they gave us due to how garbage the apartment was and then the apartment flooded while we don’t live there and they charged us to fix the walls and carpets! LOL don’t waste your time or money!
