I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to this time. I have lived at this property for the last 4 years and my experience has not been the best. I’ll start with the property manager Erik who is basically non existent and never answers the phone returns phone calls or emails. I have contacted him over 50 times and get no response back. I have also attempted contacting conam directly and Human Resources was very rude the lady said someone would contact me within 24 hours and they never did. The phone just rings and rings. The washers and dryers are always out of service old and outdated eating my money on several occasions. I have seen more than a few gigantic cockroaches in my unit which absolutely had me terrified and it’s disgusting and a safety concern. I have also heard about the mice infestation in another unit as well. I will say the maintenance man Alphonso is really nice and helpful. The property manager also waited 2 months to tell me that I had missed a rent payment which I had no idea that I did due to family issues. The lack of communication from the property manager and the bugs in the unit non working washer and dryers made me unmotivated to pay rent another day. If you are looking for a new home I do not recommend Stoneridge at all.

This place is overall pretty great. The layout is good, and the staff is great. Our unit was clean and mostly nice. However the speed bumps in the parking lot ruin any groceries you have on you that can spill - they're absolutely terrible and shouldn't exist. ( People that speed through parking lots don't care about their suspension anyway) The appliances inside are old and barely functional. Nothing is included in the rent and everything is nickel and dimed to you. The rent you pay is 2290 when it's all set and done. And that doesn't even include electricity.

This is a very nice,,clean and quiet place to live. The maintenance guys and the manager are very good and very helpful and really on top when you need anything done. I highly recommend Stoneridge apartments . Thank you

Stoneridge has been the best experience I have had renting. The laundry rooms are kept clean and well maintained. The property manager being on site is very convenient, and he is a great guy who is helpful and understanding. All my neighbors have been friendly and quiet. Maintenance has provided top tier, friendly service. I cannot speak highly enough of this community!

New residents at Stoneridge the whole move in process etc. was simple and easy no hassle! Great management and communication and the community here is very friendly and is nice so far! Erik was a big help as far as his job goes he got us in our new apartment and has great customer service skills!

I've lived at Stoneridge for many years. The property is nice and kept very tidy all year around. Eric the manager and Alfonso the matienence supervisor are always reachable, they solve issues promptly, and work with residents to address any issues we have. They have a nice pool my son loves, and BBQ areas that are kept clean and we use often. Stoneridge is very family friendly and we will continue to enjoy living here until it's time for us to move on.

I've been a resident at Stoneridge Apartments for many years. The office and maintenance staff is always polite, professional, and on time with any service request I've ever needed done in my home. They keep the property looking great and are easy to get a hold of. Great place to live.
