Building is falling apart, and wasn't put together well in the first place, the heating and cooling including water is iffy at best. And they keep raising the rent. I take care of my nearly 80 year old mother with cancer as a live in caregiver and they made me sign a document saying that I am not actually on the lease and have no renters rights, and today they wanted me to sign a document saying that I wouldn't help with rent, which I refused to sign. They are always trying to push my mom out by raising the rent and now this? Bunch of slumlords. Edit: Just because you built more apartments doesn't mean you should prey on the poor, sick, and elderly. If you must raise rents prices do it to your tenants that aren't below the poverty line. You're a bunch of leeches and should be ashamed by your actions. The working class and below outnumber the scummy landlords and God is on our side not yours. "Oh we're just doing what everyone else is." is a lame excuse and you should strive to be better. I hope you have the day you deserve.

TERRIBLE APARTMENT MANAGEMENT COMPANY DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

Here are just a few issues I’ve encountered.

They have a weight and breed restriction on dogs but they allow huskies, bulldogs, and other large dogs. Besides seeing them around, I know this because the person above me has not one, but two bulldogs on her hardwood floors (you can imagine the incredibly loud disturbance that causes). Property management just avoids emails and says to forward any concerns to corporate, but won’t do anything for you.

The property manager is incredibly rude and will do anything she can to deny any request you may have.

Maintenance will enter you me apartment when you are not home and without permission.

They will not allow you to park in their parking lot for longer than 2 hours, whether a guest or a resident. Only certain people seem to be allowed to park in the lot daily/nightly.

The water quality is so bad that it’s not drinkable and I constantly have to chip away the hardened chemicals that build up and clog the spout.

The hallways smell like a sewer on some days.

The “fitness center” consists of two treadmills, one elliptical, one bike, and three balance balls.

Spend the extra $100 and move into a nicer place with a decent property manager and actual amenities!

I had a short notice to move and Stone House Development, specifically Lydia Foss Marketing Coordinator, was so helpful answering any of my questions in a very timely matter. Recommended places based off my qualifications and my wants/budget and helped me in a short time find an apartment. Highly recommend!

I really like the apartments but the rules ? Omg , who made the rules shouldn’t have kids ,
Children must be supervised at all the time ? Are you kidding me 5 years old too ? I need to go to the bathroom ,to cook ,to do another stuff , how can I tell them to play quietly ? They are kids they wanna play
This building not kids friendly
Also no shoes outside although there’s a very tiny storage barley enough for our shoes nothing else for three bedrooms .no stickers on the window although they are made for the windows and glass . No play with chalks out of building
I feel it’s not home anymore it’s present
I had enough from these stupid rules

Needs to be updated!! Wifi needs to be updated cant even play a song via youtube. The hallways are so humid and could be cleaner. Its a pet friendly residence i dont think carpet in hallwaysisgood unless you can carpet clean them at least. The parking sucks. My car even got towed n now no longer have one. The amenities arent very great because EVERYTHING NEEDS AN UPDATE!

I am very disappointed in Stonehouse's very recent rent increase of $100/month for a 1-bedroom apt. It's supposed to be affordable housing. No utilities included.
