Steve was great to work with right from the beginning - friendly and energetic and on top of things. I facilitated my wife listing her mother's home. Steve gave helpful guidance as we were getting the house emptied and cleaned and even recruited someone to hold a garage sale when we realized we wouldn't have time or energy to do.

During those parts of the process when a seller might tend to get nervous, Steve was always steady and calming. We are out of town, so Steve went by the house a few times to check on things, which was a great comfort.

And then we closed, and got money! It was all very smooth.

Steve is one hell of a realtor. My wife and I could get a hold of him at any time. The honesty and communication was exceptional . If we had questions, they were either answered or figured out then answered. It took us almost a year to find and buy a house we loved.
We watched the buyers realtor of our selling house fumble around and miss things in the contract that ultimately almost cost her the deal. We were happy we didn't have someone like that working for us.
His advice was very helpful and honest. We even became friends after this. If you want a no non sense realtor on your side. Steve is the guy. Re/max and Steve made it an awesome buying experience, and we will use them again.
