Steve lives in a floating home himself and we started working with him last year. He educated us about the “nuts and bolts” of floating home life and we are grateful for all of his guidance.

No amount of nice things said about Steve will ever be enough. I know without a doubt that I would not own my beautiful floating home without Steve by my side.

Steve is the opposite of a pushy salesman. The first time we toured it, he quietly excused himself to give me time to explore and discuss with my wife. I knew that we had to have it within minutes of touring the home. I also knew that I was going to have competition. Thankfully, Steve knows everything there is to know about buying and selling floating homes. Since this was our first time exploring that market, he walked us through all of the expected costs, introduced us to some potential lenders, and helped us craft a competitive offer for our floating home.

We were thrilled when our offer was accepted, but for Steve that’s when the real work started. He assembled a stellar team of professionals to help us make it through escrow, including a fabulous insurance broker, inspectors galore (hull, home, ect), and a contractor to address some hot issues for the bank. No matter what came up, I knew that I could count on Steve. Whether he was meeting with the contractor so that I didn’t have to miss work or following up with the lender multiple times a day, he always seemed to have a smile on his face. (Must be a side effect of hanging out on the docks!)
