I loved the fact that I wasn’t about to be homeless when I moved here. But after being here I soon realized that I was not only being scammed but I was harassed and put to shame for being a part of the unsafe environment in the community of steeplecrest. I never ever been late on my rent, I pay 1300. I started paying roughly 980. I moved here in 2020. My car that was listed on the rental agreement was repossessed and then they denied having anything to do with it when the tow company wrote in black and white the rental property was the one who ordered a repo on my car. They denied it and swore it to be a lie. They tried to evict me twice. For no good reason. My guess is I have been here so long and they cannot continue to go up another 100$ on my rent because I’m now paying 1300$ for a two bedroom two bath. I never got one renovation when the lease clearly stated that every single time I renew I am eligible for an upgrade, after inquiring several times about it through the many different managers that I have seen in this process they finally told me earlier this year that they are not considering a renovation for me and they couldn’t provide me with a reason why. Mind you I have been in others apartments and they all are mostly renovated. This has been a difficult year and living here is hard however it’s not easy to just up and move everyone knows how that is. If it was I would have been left. The carpet cleaner told me that the 275 I paid to get my apartment done should be something the landlord should have done. I NEVER HAD A CARPET CLEANING SINCE I BEEN HERE. I have had pest control maybe 3 or 4 times and the bugs are bad not to mention the squirrel infestation that’s in my ceiling that they are aware of and laugh and won’t do anything about. They said we will see how far they make it in other words they will be inside my house before they will come and fix the issue. Yes that is tape on my microwave because they failed to properly fix it the 3 times they come and it’s not the maintenance it’s the MANAGEMENT. The maintenance guy is nice. The property manger and office workers aren’t. And you can tell that they treat the maintenance workers differently. I been here long enough to see. This place is not a place to call home. But if u want to get accepted with little to no income fast just to get here and live miserable go right ahead. I advise you all to choose some place else. Oh and also one of the tenants I won’t say her name but she is making fake check stubs and all sorts of things and moving people here because she knows they just accept anyone who has money. They are not going by protocols. I know this due to this being income based my rent should not go up by LAW BUT it does every time I renew my lease. God bless STEEPLECREST

By far one of the worse rental properties to rent from, they’re scamming as well. The rent goes up on these income based apartments every time you renew your lease. I would avoid this apartment at all cost. You will regret renting from them. It’s is income based with section 8 and Hap availability. The rental office does not keep management, they lose management contracts and they have a new manager almost every 6-9 months. Completely a scam. They should be sold and bought out by someone who can properly and lawfully manage their business.

I love my apartment in steeplecrest. My neighbors are very friendly and quiet. The office is always helpful and answers any questions and concerns I may have. The maintenance staff is exceptional the come in a timely manner and fix everything so fast. The only concern I had was the car break ins but that happens everywhere and is not the leasing office fault. Other then that I enjoy staying here and my kids love it too ?

I must say all though the apartment isn’t as luxury as it should be especially for the price that we pay, me and my kids enjoy our stay here. My only problem is the lack of empathy shown when expressing a “problem” and/or complaint within the Steeplecrest community. The amount of car break ins is sad & i understand that happens any and everywhere but goodness! Will cameras ever be put in place? Do we not have patrol officers? I’ve been here two and a half months and i can honestly say that i have been violated and the maintenance crew is more concerned and care more than the staff in office smh.

I want to say this I am very well known in the community and very well respected business man I was approved then put on hold bc of situation the staff was very rude talk to you differently judge you and they can talk to u how they want and I was unhappy I ask to talk to manager she said done told you this morning was Ty rude tone manager was in on it would not talk to me judge me bc of situation I do not recommend to anyone they do not care about there people or any people they bring in and talk to u like idiot if u get rude back it’s attitude I tell u management sucks not to mention not once did they say sorry let us see what’s going on no crucial background no bad credit and not to mention did not say please let us see what we can to to keep you as a resident and not to mention took 3 application fees and deposit that I was told to bring up there crooks liars and Gabriella very rude disrespectful and does not know what she is doing when she showed us the protest could not even unlock the door and was confused by questions this why there reviews suck

Olivia was my leasing agent. The process went super smooth. Very professional. The office was clean and everyone I encountered was super helpful and pleasant. I love living here and 10/10 would recommend.

My POV as a guest to our friends that live here had been quite good. It's nice to see families that live here let their children play with each other like the ole days. I just have 1 suggestion, Please Get Somebody on the Gym Trash... Consistently being on it to keep it clean or get a bigger trash can. Also get a recycling ♻️ container for paper towels & water bottles in there❗
Last but least why don't yall have a ♻️Recycling♻️ system in place here?!? Everybody here could be doing they're part, it Really isn't that hard so could y'all PLEASE get it started here❓❗
