There are no attendance at any of these facilities. All of the locks on the units are Bluetooth and battery powered. When the battery dies in the lock you end up standing there for an hour and a half waiting for an attendant from somewhere else to drive out.
Payments through the app and the website do not work and nobody answers any of the phones at any of the locations.
I have been leaving voicemails for days about my concerns about not being able to pay my rent and I get no replies .
I’ve never seen any business that makes $500,000 a month and cannot keep an attendant at the location to take care of customer concerns .
This place is a cash cow and good luck getting your stuff back once you lock it inside .

Storage was super clean. The whole place was all electronic and no staff to deal with. Easy to use on the app.

No support at office my first visit there. Called their number and employee hung up on me after I heard I see you on camera. Said park up front. BTW was the farthest door from my unit. Bathroom in lobby was locked. No map to show where best entrance was for my particular unit. Finally figured it out on my own but shouldn't have had to

I can’t say I have had a great experience with this place. The speech that is on their website. Is so not true. My boyfriend has a storage there and neither one of us can get in there. Because there is never anyone there to help with the process of accessing the door up top. We go there thinking that we will be able to get in. We are shot down. I try to reload the app to no eval. What can we do to get any peace of getting help with this. What good can come out of this .

Not real happy. They updated security, so they say, but in doing so they cut off my lock (placed due to a prior break in). When I went to pick up my new one, at almost 5pm, there was no one on site. There was a note taped on the door saying they were at lunch and would be back at 2pm. When? The next day

Great pricing and love the contactless services. I’m a little skeptical about the electronic locks installed but hopefully that just means no one will be able to access my unit as I am in the military and deploying here soon. Would give them 5 stars but how do you only have one dolly for the whole building. So when your moving in, you have to hope no one is using the one and only dolly.
