HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!
Went in to get hedge trimmer sharpened and was told 2 days and 35 bucks for the sharpening. 5 days later I called about my trimmers and was told it would be at least 5 more days ( MAYBE….., call back and see ).
I Had to have them over The weekend so I went in and picked them up without being sharpened.
Brought them back the following week was then told 5 to 6 days and now it was $45 instead of $35 And it would be 5 to 6 days and they would call when they were done. Two weeks later, and they finally called to say they were ready .
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!
Will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau And AARP.

I've been taking for service my business tools to Stauffer's in Lake Elsinore for over 15 years, lawn mower, blower, pressure washer, chain saw to name few. Professional and knowledgeable staff helps with any issues in timely manner with competitive pricing. I highly recommend them, so my review is 10 stars.

We only use Stauffer’s for our shop’s small engine repair needs. They are always easy to work with and are great about repairing and turning around our equipment. This recent repair was for our small compressor (Boss BulletG) which we use for carving Veteran’s memorials, headstones and other stone/granite work. With Veterans Day coming within 2 weeks we are always pressed for time. Well, Stauffer’s comes through once again. They go above and beyond for their customers and community! Stauffer’s for the win! 👍🏻🇺🇸

These guys are experts and fixed my chipper/shredder so it works great. Reasonable prices. A bit on the slow side so make sure you get a time estimate as well.

So I drove from Murrieta after the store associate told me they service Craftsman Warranties. They closed at 5pm and I wanted to get there before they closed. When I arrived the associate that greeted me said they don't service Craftsman Warranties. He said they use to a long time ago. Then he tried to say that there was a misunderstanding about what was said. Ummm....NO. Your associate just misinformed me about what you offer for a Craftsman Warranty. If he would have just said, yeah I sorry we don't service those warranties. My associate gave you the wrong information. What a bizarre experience😒
