The new property management is AMAZING. Let me start off by saying that the ladies in the front are very nice, personable handled any issues I had with a quickness.
The maintenance is quick and efficient, and also super nice.

I have not seen any 4/6/8 legged friends in my unit. My building is quiet, I really haven’t had any issues. Moving from out of state I was a ball of nerves but the ladies took care of me.
The property manager Melanie is super understanding/ down to earth as so is Olivia. Would recommend

This place was horrible a nightmare!!!! Finally after a year I can put this learning lesson behind me. My apartment flooded the first month we moved in previous management wouldn't let us out of our lease. Than again with the December rain the entire apartment flooded. No communication from new management (Dayrise). Always have renter insurance it makes your life easier in times like these. This was a known occurrence with unit 5101 be warned future resident that was not disclosed. Mold was also found in the unit. Previous management fined serval times from our reports to the tarrant county code inspector. Roach infestation also.

I recently moved in last week, and I’m very impressed with the wonderful staff. Olga and Melenie made the moving process so easy and straightforward. They promptly answered all my questions and quickly addressed any needs, not just for new tenants but for the entire community. The place is beautifully maintained, and I’m excited to watch it continue to grow!

Im expected to transfer to a sister property yet I really dont feel comfortable putting my children through this trauma again. All of their properties(CAF Management ) have the same reviews or issues. Im truly stuck right now and Haley has only said review the list and call the properties of choice.

Alyssa the "property manager" has been the most unprofessional to deal with regarding this issue. She has had an excuse for every step of the way why she could NOT effectively communicate with me. Ive had to increase my anxiety medication. I eventually escalated later than i wanted giving her grace to resolve all along she was only buying HERSELF time. I repeat DO not move here if you want your issues idolized for weeks without resolution. Should you decide to move here given my warning. Be sure to document everything! Conversations with staff, work orders, and etc.

If you want to have german roaches and ants living with you rent free just move here. Ive been in these apartments since late December 2023 and it is not one day i walk through my door after work EVERYDAY tap dancing on roaches. Pest control has come EVERY week since December 2024. Nothing has worked! Even the 3 "flush outs" that were scheduled. Although these units "appear" nice they definitely have an infestation. O yeah its taken 5 plus days to fulfill a work order each time one was placed. I do not recommend living at Station 3700. "Quality over quantity " yet they are wanting me to sit in this unit until its taken care of. Who pays their hard earned money just to be slapped in the face like this?! Simply because of the experience i have had thus far this company get 1 star. I wish i could take pictures of everything roach but this would only make me buy more storage for my phone. Valet trash picks and chooses Sunday to Thursday when to get the trash. -Disappointed/ashamed tenant

The staff are really friendly and super responsive to any needs. Any time you step into the office you get a warm greeting. From start to finish the leasing process was seamless. The apartment is clean and has new appliances and flooring. Would recommend to anyone who works around the area and needs a clean and safe place to live. A++

Stations 3700 is a perfect complex to move to , I moved in about 2 months ago with the new management they’ve treated me well and my apartment is perfect. The bad reviews are mostly from tenants that don’t want to follow rules or they are not taking care of their unit properly I have not had 1 insect in my unit till this day and I clean normally, also when it comes to noise , this area is quiet you rarely hear anything going on. If your on the first floor your bound to hear your upstairs neighbors here and there…the front office can only do so much. They handle service request in a timely manner and they are very responsive. Don’t listen to the bad reviews they are not what you think.

Just moved in and they made the process so swift and easy! Olivia was my original agent and she was FANTASTIC! Her and Melanie were beyond helpful & always within an arms reach. The best way to contact them through out the day would probably be by email as they do get to that a little fast than the phone some times. BUT they are on their game either way.! Just moved in so any issues I’ve had they have gotten to it within 24 hours unless office was clothes due to the holidays. They get what’s needed done with no problems! I can see this being a long term thing! Keep up the great work guys 🤗❤️

One star is already too much to describe our experience living in this complex.
Maintenance people won't care about your requests. I've issues in our bathroom for over a month, keep requesting for maintenance and they will just ignore my requests, every time I request this issue to get fixed, they automatically cancel my requests.
Managers won't care about it neither, I've even emailed to "corporate" this situation, nobody cares.
Please, save yourself a headache and avoid renting here.
There was a plumbing issue outside our building, took forever to get fixed, we were literally walking on sewer water, and nasty toilet paper for a month.
