The process at this property management company has been straightforward and efficient. After viewing a home on a Friday, I submitted my application and received the keys the following Thursday. The office staff has been incredibly kind, accommodating, and always helpful. No matter who I have spoken to and worked with, it has been such a pleasant experience. I’ve had a few minor issues in the house that have come up, but their response has been quick, and they promptly addressed and repaired everything, which I really do appreciate. I have no complaints to share and my experience has been smooth and positive, and I’m excited to be renting from this company.

(Suddenly have good reviews all 3 weeks ago . Bunch of lying thieves! !! 5/5/16)SLUM LORDS After tons of issues with this rental like wiring being so burned it melted together , oven doesn't work and a water heater that doesn't work properly probably because it caught on fire. I messaged about the burned water heater and weeks later nothing done, that's insane. So they switch me to a new property manager in stan brewer so I have to repeat issues and her first email is threat of eviction if I didn't pay rent even though they refused to fix the problems. So, 7 months of not living comfortably , feeling unsafe etc., they don't help but email me about possible eviction. I regret being nice and not demanding things to be fixed. Its true that in the end of the lease they will find any way to keep as much of the deposits as possible, it takes months to get things fixed and I will not rent with them again.
They have given me the option to move without them fixing anything. During Christmas I have to take me and my kids and move to be safe from this apartment , how awful of this company. =( I don't think the owner knows how they conduct business , who would keep a family in a dangerous situation and threaten them instead of fixing things. Shame on them.**They dropped the eviction after I provided evidence and still kept my deposit and are trying to charge me for filing for the eviction after they gave the option to move because they refused to fix anything and left me and 2 kids in a dangerous situation! !!!

My wife and I wanted to see a home we saw on their website that looked nice. We got the key today 6/6/23 and looked at home and it looked nothing like the home in the pictures!! It smelled , carpet was filthy, all cabinets were super dated and faded. The inside needed to be totally repainted and bathrooms were gross !!!!

Terrible customer service! They can’t answer their phones so we drove across town to inquire about a property to find two women doing nothing. I told them I’ve been calling and they had a silly excuse and only to tell me I can’t see the property today! I left upset and may have shut the screen door hard and one of them came out yelling at us! Wow horrible service from these two lazy individuals! Watson you should clean house and get better help!

Rented with Stan Brewer from 2020 to 2021. We had a simple move in process and received all but $75 back from our deposit. $75 was withheld for carpet cleaning and was a fair rate for the time.

This is for my daughter, Stephanie Hernandez. They have been renting from Stan Brewer Realty faithfully for over 10 years. The ac in her house went out last Wednesday, after the company they sent out to “service” it worked on it Wednesday morning. She reported it to the company (SBR) by phone and email. They sent out two different companies for “quotes “ and both told them the coil had either been shot out by BB gun, or a “tool” had penetrated it. Either way, it was Kaput! Today, after numerous calls to SBR and Lydia Nicholson, in particular, with zero results, and spending the past several days and nights in 90 degree temperatures, she went to their office only to find it closed and locked up until 7/3/23 &9am!! The owner of the house told her to go buy a window unit because he “ couldn’t afford a new unit”! THAT is how Stan Brewer Realty helps its clients/renters.

Somthing to consider before wasting money on an application.... Might as well buy a house with their approval requirements. Income and rent payment history of never missing or making a late payment wont get you a place here. Credit must have to be A1. With that being said you're better investing in a house if you meet their approval requirements. I thought people rent because they are working their way up to buying a home. Who knew renting would be just as complicated. I know we will get approved somewhere else. It's just extremely disappointing because we found the perfect place, perfect price and perfect location. The people in the office are nice though, that would be the only thing the stars are for. Just wish the income and total of 8 years of perfect history of rental payment was good enough.
