The staff always seem to be unhappy or irritated. They are not very approachable.
Last week they shut our water off by mistake when they went to the wrong house while my wife was bathing and made no apologies and just offered some rude off the cuff comment.

Gave blood there on Sat.Houchin was well organized.There is a big shortage of blood ,it doesnt hurt .You will feel better afterwards.
