I can only speak for the experience I had with Stafford Realty Stanley Stafford is a awesome down to earth caring person that gets down to business when it comes to selling a house excellent communication skills I reached out to him on selling a house for me in June of 2023 the house was sold and closed on July 2023 his reception was very nice and polite as well if I had to buy a house or rent a house from anyone it would most definitely be from Stafford Realty

Went hear to pay rent for a friend the new reception can never hold a candle up to the prior reception Martha she was a a delight to see, very polite and very warm hearted the new reception could be trained a little better because I was doing a favor for a friend I own my home I do not rent from Stafford Realty so she assumed I did and wasn't very pleasant towards me, it's not the first time it has happened but I'm not going to judge it to her heart but to her mind maybe she was having a bad day. But in a work environment certain attitudes are not acceptable

I would not rent or do business with these people. Due to negligence, a decayed tree from one of their owner owned and managed properties fell on my property. The tree ripped out weather heads (power) to three properties. Not only did they not want to take any responsibility for the tree, they had no urgency to get power restored for their tenant. I was told that he was busy with other things and it might be tomorrow until they get it fixed. We had a heat advisory as recently as yesterday, and they didn't seem to be providing any relief for their tenants. It's these kind of landlords that give landlords a bad reputation.

This is Mr. Bush, Stafford Realty is a great place to do Business, their houses for rent is some of the best, what I mean , they do what they have to do tp get you a home to rent , including, if the house ypu are looking to rent needs work , they start working on what needs to be fixed. I am just so satisfied . Thank you so much Mr. Stafford, for the rental property that you allowed me and my family to rent. A payment in the amount of $ 700.00 Dollars will be made today 2/ 3/ 2021.
