This Stacey Smith, is TOP NOTCH!!!! She has literally bent over backwards to help me. I’ve seen so many shotty realtors while working with her. There just aren’t enough quality words to describe how much of an awesome worker that she is. Stacey educates you along the way, so you can make an informed decision vs deciding on an expensive purchase with no information or poor knowledge. She helped me muddle through handling my father’s estate and has helped me purchase a home by myself. It’s such a scary process and I don’t know what I would have done without her. I’m a very OCD type personality especially when it comes to paperwork and let me just say, she DEFINITELY runs circles around me ?. So no matter your home purchase situation, Stacey Smith IS your ONLY REALTOR! So don’t hesitate to call her, she HAS your back.

I had a very odd experience with this reality company! I would steer clear. I called today inquiring about coming to view a home without a realtor, planning to pay cash for a home in the area at asking price, as I have previously done. On the home I inquired about she explained that if she accepted a contract she would require to be paid realtor fees to cover buyer (us) and seller, hence driving up the sale price to cover. In addition, she explained that we could not be looking at homes for sale by other realtors. Very, very odd to call a reality company and they explain to you who you can contact in your own time and how you can purchase a home when you have not hired them AT ALL. Sellers beware - you do not want this company representing your sell.

My wife and I decided to move from Florida to Cullman to be closer to our grandchildren.
Not familiar with the area, we were advised to get in touch with Stacy Smith at “NEXTHOME LIMITLESS REALTY”. After a brief conversation with Stacy, my wife and I knew that Nexthome was the route we trusted with our future. Stacy immediately asked us several questions to get a feel for what we were looking for and we began our house search right away. Stacy was very accommodating and kept us informed and up to date as we had to go back and forth to Florida during the home search. Stacy took us north, south, east and west and literally all points in between (I really don’t think she ever slept-AND WE WERE NOT HER ONLY CLIENTS). I am not sure how many homes we looked at before we actually decided on our forever home, but I do know that every step of the way Stacy was right there keeping us informed on each home with the pros and cons, not just trying to sell but actually treating us like we were a part of her family and that she was wanting the best for us. That feeling truly resonated and made my wife and I feel comfortable in the choice we made in realtors. I don’t believe that we will ever be in the market for another home but if we were, I know who we are contacting, and if you are reading this and have not made up your mind on who you need as a realtor? Well, you’re already here reading this review so you must be interested, I will bet that you won’t be disappointed with the results you get once you hire Stacy Smith as your realtor. Love this lady! Not only was she my realtor but she goes to church with me. She goes above and beyond to get you the house that is right for your family. She is very knowledgeable about what you need to look for in a house and the steps you need to take to make sure everything is is ready to go for buying your house.
