Homeowners beware. Do not use this company to “manage” your property. Yansi is rude and unresponsive. She takes no accountability and they hold renters to no standard. We came home to a backyard full of dog poop that was so old it was stuck to our turf, and she even tried to convince me it wasn’t there during the inspection but I zoomed in on the pictures and could see TONS of poop. There were giant, dead potted plants left by the tenant, a dirty, disgusting house, and holes, nails, and screws all over the place. To me, I think she walked into each room, took a picture, and walked out without inspecting a single thing. We will tell anyone we come across to avoid this company at all cost. We were across the country, unable to see anything in person and wholly depended on them to ensure our house was taken care of and they let us down greatly.

We contacted S&S Realty and Management a few months ago regarding finding renters and managing our property. Within one week potential renters had been vetted, approved and scheduled to move in. We were impressed and gracious for Yansi and her team’s efforts! Yansi is very personable, knowledgeable, patient, responsive and professional. I went ahead and decided to give S&S a try and Yansi was my instant point of contact. Right
When I started working with the company she had gone on vacation (which is totally understandable we all need time off) and I was given an individual by the name of Enrique to assist me….I had multiple issues with lack of communication, misunderstanding on his end of all that needs to be on a rental agreement, a misunderstanding of the California pet deposit requirement, and just poor handling while Yansi was off…Yansi has been a pleasure to work with and I was always available when I had a question that needed to be addressed when she returned from vacation…I am rating a 2 here for the poor handling (roughly 2 weeks while Yansi was out) and for the fact that I found my own renter…I really put a lot of time in advertising my own property within different forums, etc…I am not 100% satisfied with working with S&S so far and felt that I had a second job during this time of finding a renter between advertising the property myself and making sure that certain components of the transaction were being handled as they should.
